How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per workspace. The Free plan includes up to 5 members per workspace. For paid plans, the monthly cost is the number of members × per-user price. If you have multiple workspaces, each has its own independent plan. USD prices shown are reference values converted from our JPY pricing; charges are processed in JPY via Stripe at your bank's conversion rate.
Is a credit card required for the free plan?
No, the Free plan requires no credit card. You can sign up with just an email address.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Can I cancel an annual plan early?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. The remaining period will be refunded on a prorated basis.
What happens when the number of users changes?
Since pricing is per user, you only pay for the members you have. Adding members is prorated, and removals take effect at the next billing date.
How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted at rest, and communications are protected with TLS encryption. Regular backups are also performed.
