Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the knowledge sharing service "Memol" ("Service") provided by LINKAKU Inc. ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "User" refers to any individual or organization registered to use the Service.
• "Workspace" refers to a team-based work area created by the User.
• "Content" refers to all data created, posted, or stored by the User on the Service.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

Account registration is required to use the Service. Users must register accurate and current information and update it promptly if changes occur. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.

Article 4 (Fees)

The Service offers free and paid plans. Fees, payment methods, and billing cycles for paid plans are as specified on the pricing page. Paid plans may be cancelled at any time, but refunds for already-paid fees will not be provided.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Activities violating laws or public order
• Infringing on the rights of other users or third parties
• Interfering with Service operations
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Distributing malware through the Service
• Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 6 (Content Rights)

Intellectual property rights for Content created by Users remain with the User. However, the Company may use Content to the extent necessary for providing and improving the Service.

Article 7 (Service Changes/Suspension/Termination)

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. In case of termination, Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms shall take effect upon display on the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law/Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
